How to use private objects in your client projects. Project configuration.
This video show you how private objects are designed to help you control access and visibility within a project.
To use private objects, you need to enable them in the project settings by clicking on the information panel of your project. You need to have sufficient privileges (Administrator or member of a management team).
You can define either certain applications in a projects as being private or you can choose to set specific data as being private for instance: files, task lists or discussion topics. When using private objects your guests are not allowed to see private objects. To make it work, all users of your client’s organization need to be invited as guests within the account. To see all companies present in your account go to Directory menu. Companies are defined in the Guests creation form (when inviting a new guest to join GroupCamp, you need to enter their company name). Please read our FAQ: How to use private objects in your client projects.
