The Home > Exports app automates exports and retrieves them in a single zip file.
This application is only accessible to administrators.
Use the Export button to generate the export of the corresponding folder.
The Download main button allows you to recover the exported folders in a single ZIP file. If this file is too big, please see the next section.
The date of the export is important (column LAST EXPORT), if you made updates, it is necessary to redo an export to take into account your updates: Refresh button or Trash then Export buttons.
Generate an export
Use the Export button or the Refresh button when there is already an export.
Download an export
Use the Download this file button.
Delete an export
Use the Trash button.
Download column
Indicates the people who have already downloaded the folder (move the mouse over to see the Title content).
A green check indicates if you have (as a user) already downloaded a folder.
Use your mouse and keyboard (Ctrl + click) to select folders, then click the Download context-sensitive button.
The contents of each folder are presented below. Items of each folder are grouped in a single ZIP file.
An Excel file with all the movements of your prepaid account.
All documents in pdf format (receipts, invoices, etc).
Depending on used modules, you can have up to 5 Excel files: Colleagues, Guests, Organizations, Role costs and User costs.
This export makes it possible to recover the scheduled jobs in 2 Excel files: Projects and Users.
This export contains all the records in your account (records made on projects and on administrative time categories).
Use the Timesheet app to make custom exports.
The exported data is the same as you have with the Actions > Export data button of each project. Check out this FAQ for a detailed explanation: How to export all project data.
The export of the data of a project can be done in each project or with the Home > Projects app which makes it possible to export the data of the active projects and the archived projects.

With the Files app of the project. From the root of the project or in a subfolder, select the folders and / or files to be recovered with your mouse and keyboard (Ctrl + Click, or Ctrl + A), then right-click and select the option Create a ZIP file.

Use the Users app to manually export your data. The Home > Exports app described above automates these exports.
The More button in the Users menu allows you to export Colleagues and Guests.
The More button in the Organizations menu allows you to export the Organizations.
The Import / Export menu allows you to export all this data including roles and costs.
The Home > Exports app allows you to recover a ZIP file with all your invoices and receipts.
If you want to do that manually: go to the Admin panel, under the Subscription - Payments - Invoices tab, click the Invoices icon.
